UPSC Civil Service Exam 2024 Notification: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for the Civil Service Exam (CSE) 024 today i.e. on 14th February on upsc.gov.in. Aspirants interested in appearing for the UPSC IAS Exam can apply online on the official website of UPSC Online (upsconline.nic.in) from 14 February to 5 March 2024. However, the dates for correction of the application form are 6 to 12 March 2024. UPSC CSE Recruitment 2024 – Vacancy Details: A total of 1056 vacancies are available spread across various services such as IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.

UPSC has notified 1056 vacancies which include 40 vacancies for Persons with Benchmark Disability Categories, i.e. 06 Vacancies for candidates of blindness and low vision; 12 Vacancies for deaf and hard of hearing; 09 Vacancies for locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy; and 13 Vacancies for multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses to including deaf-blindness. UPSC CSE Recruitment 2024 – Eligibility:

1) Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/institution.

2) Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years.

UPSC Civil Service Examination Fee 2024: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid Online mode during the submission of the online application form by using a Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank using fee payment Challan. • Step 2 – Click on the application link given on the ‘Latest Updates’
• Step 3 – Register for the exam. If OTR is completed, log in using the valid credentials. 
• Step 4 – After login, click on the application form
• Step 5 – Fill out all the details 
• Step 5 – Upload the relevant documents, if needed.
• Step 6 – Pay the exam fee.

UPSC CSE 2024 Selection Process: UPSC CSE follows a three-stage selection process:-

• UPSC CSE Prelims Exam 2024: There will be an objective MCQ-based exam consisting of General Studies (Paper I) and CSAT (Paper II). It’s a qualifying stage, and your score doesn’t contribute to the final merit.
• UPSC CSE Main Examination 2024: A written descriptive exam testing knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills across nine papers. 
• UPSC Interview 2024: Those who qualify for the exam will be called for the interview.
