NCL Recruitment 2024: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) invites online applications from Indian nationals possessing the required qualification for Direct Recruitment for various posts of Supervisory Staff (Trainee) namely Assistant Foreman (E&T) (Trainee), Assistant Foreman (Mechanical) (Trainee), Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee) in NCL.

Vacancy Details:

1. Assistant Foreman (E&T): 09
Qualification: Diploma or relevant and higher qualification in Electronics Engineering from any institute recognized by the Government.

2. Assistant Foreman (Mechanical): 59
Qualification: Diploma or relevant and higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering from any institute recognized by the Government.

3. Assistant Foreman (Electrical): 82
Qualification: Diploma or relevant and higher qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Salary: Rs.47,330/- per month.

Application Fee: The application fee is Rs. 1180/-. However, SC/ ST/ ESM / PwBD/ Departmental Candidates are exempted from the fee.

Selection Process: The selection will be based on a candidate’s relative score in the Computer Based Test.

The Computer Based Test will be of 100 Marks for 90 minutes duration (in one sitting), comprising two sections (Section-A & Section-B); Section ‘A’ will consist of technical knowledge (discipline related) with 70 multiple choice questions (MCQs) and Section ‘B’ will consist of General Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning, Verbal & Mental Ability and Quantitative Aptitude with 30 marks multiple choice questions (MCQs). Each question will carry 01 mark and there is no penalty for wrong answer. No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions. The question paper shall be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi only.
