Responsibilities of Quality Assurance
- Calibrations:
- Lead external (Operations) and internal (QA) calibration sessions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for contact handling, associate behavior, and internal knowledge base gaps.
- Audit and Analysis:
- Conduct super audits to support QA Managers and ensure audit accuracy.
- Maintain data and create analytical reports using Excel or similar tools.
- Identify improvement opportunities through audit and quality data analysis.
- Policy and Learning Development:
- Perform policy audits to detect ambiguity or errors.
- Manage the onboarding lifecycle for new Quality Analysts, documenting successes and challenges.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and continuous workshops for skill enhancement.
- Learning Content Creation and Delivery:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, up-to-date learning content tailored to team needs.
- Deliver structured/formal learning programs for new hires and tenured QA staff.
- Facilitate QA and CSA communication training sessions to improve soft skills.
- Collaboration:
- Work with leadership and QA Managers to monitor training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Program, Ops, and Front-line teams to optimize quality and communication processes.
About the Team
The CAP Quality Team collaborates closely with Operations, Program, and Front-line teams to define and implement quality improvements. The role demands the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum of one year of experience within Amazon.
- Minimum of one year of experience within the CAP function.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Proven experience in developing programs and assessing audit data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LMS (Learning Management System).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently handle complex tasks.
- Professional experience in Learning & Development or facilitation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
