Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a leading Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official notification inviting applications for Project Engineer-I and Trainee Engineer-I positions. These posts will be filled on a contract basis for the Unmanned Systems SBU at the Bengaluru Complex.
As per the BEL notification, the maximum age limit for the Project Engineer post is 32 years and for the Trainee Engineer post is 28 years. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 based on the post and year of engagement. The selection process includes a written test and interview.

Eligibility Criteria:

For the Project Engineer-I post, candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. The upper age limit is 32 years as of 01 April 2025.
For the Trainee Engineer-I post, candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech degree. No experience is required. The upper age limit is 28 years as of 01 April 2025 for General and EWS candidates.

Application Fee:

The selection of candidates will be on the basis of a written test and an interview. The written test will carry 85% weightage, while the interview will carry 15% weightage. Final selection will be based on the combined performance.
