Eligibility of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2024
The essential educational qualification and age limit required for the Assistant Manager and Probationary Officer posts are given below;
Qualification:
MBA/MSW/PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations /Personnel Management.
Age Limit
The Upper Age limit as on 01-10-2024 is 32 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum of 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
Salary Details of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2024
The pay scale for the post of Assistant Manager (HR) / E-III is Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000 and for the post
of Probationary Officer (HR) / E-II is Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000. In addition to Basic Pay, other
allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites,
Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities and Provident Fund as per the
Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.

Selection Process:
Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
