1. Deputy Director (Technical) — 01 Post
– Qualification: Officers under Central Government/ Subordinate Attached Offices/ Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs having B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) from recognized University/Institute.
– Age Limit: The maximum age is 56 years.
– Salary: Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900/-

2. Assistant Director (Technical) — 02 Posts
– Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Civil) and 10 years post-qualification experience in a reputed construction sector with the ability to plan a housing project.
– Age Limit: The maximum age is 45 years.
– Salary: Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700/-

3. Assistant Director (Finance) — 02 Posts
– Qualification: Associate Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Cost and Works Accountant in India or MBA (Finance) complete Regular course from a recognized University/Institute with 10 years of experience in a reputed organization preferably in the Construction/Housing sector.
– Age Limit: The maximum age is 45 years.
– Salary: Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700/-

4. Assistant Director (Administration) — 01 Posts
– Qualification: Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Business/ Personnel/ Administrative/ Administrative/ Public Administration with 02 years full-time from a recognized institute/university and 10 years post-qualification experience.
– Age Limit: The maximum age is 45 years.
– Salary: Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700/-
