DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2022: Defence Research and Development Organisation, Center for Personnel Talent Management (DRDO-CEPTAM) has invited online applications for the following 1061 posts of Stenographer Grade-I, Junior Translation Officer(JTO), Stenographer Grade-ll, Administrative Assistant ‘A’, Store Assistant ’A’, Security Assistant ’A’, Vehicle Operator’A’, Fire Engine Driver ‘A’, Fireman.
DRDO will begin the application process for 1061 posts of Admin & Allied (A&A) cadre tomorrow, November 7. Eligible and interested candidates can apply up to December 7 on drdo.gov.in

Qualifications:
1. Stenographer Grade-I: Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University.
2. Junior Translation Officer(JTO):
Master’s degree from a recognized university in English/Hindi with Hindi/English as a compulsory/elective subject at the degree level
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at the degree level
OR
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and other as the main subject plus a recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi and English and vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi English and vice versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertakings.
3. Stenographer Grade-ll: 12th Class pass from a recognised Board or University.
4. Administrative Assistant ‘A’: 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or University.
5. Store Assistant ’A’: 12th Class pass from a recognised Board or University.
6. Security Assistant’A’: 12th Class pass Or equivalent from a recognised Board or University or equivalent certificate awarded by Armed Forces in the case of Ex.
7. Vehicle Operator’A: 10th Standard Pass.
8. Fire Engine Driver ‘A’: Pass in 10th Standard from a recognised Board.
9. Fireman: Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard pass under 10+2 System) recognised by the Central/State Government.
Salary Details:
– For Stenographer Grade-I and Junior Translation Officer(JTO): Level-6 Rs. 35,400-1,12,400
– For Stenographer Grade-ll: Level-4 Rs.25,500-81,100
– For Administrative Assistant ‘A’, Store Assistant ’A’, Security Assistant’A’, Vehicle Operator’A, Fire Engine Driver ‘A’ and Fireman: Level-2 19900-63200) as per 7th CPC pay matrix and other benefits/allowances as per extant Govt, of India rules.
Age Limit:
– Stenographer Grade-I and Junior Translation Officer(JTO): 18 -30 years
– Stenographer Grade-ll, Administrative Assistant ‘A’, Store Assistant ’A’, Security Assistant’A’, Vehicle Operator’A, Fire Engine Driver ‘A’ and Fireman: 18 -27 years
Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/MSP/PwBD/ Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated from their husbands who are not remarried etc. as per Govt, of India rules.
Scheme of Exam:
Tier-I: CBT
Tier-ll: Trade/Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Test, wherever applicable/ Descriptive in nature.
