DTU Faculty Recruitment 2024: The Delhi Technological University (DTU) has announced vacancies for the position of Assistant Professor, with a total of 158 openings across various disciplines. Eligibility Criteria for DTU Recruitment 2024: Candidates applying for positions at Delhi Technological University (DTU), must meet specific eligibility criteria. The detailed eligibility criteria are described below:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Academic Record (Maximum 15 Points)
- UG & PG: Points awarded based on aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Ph.D.: Points based on the number of SCI/SCIE/SSCI indexed journal papers.
2. Experience & Research Performance (Maximum 50 Points):
- Teaching, Research, Industrial Experience: Maximum 10 Points.
- Research Publications, Projects, Patents, Guidance: Maximum 40 Points.
Total Points: 65
3. Age Limit for Assistant Professor:
- Upper age limit as per Recruitment Rules/Advertisement.
- Crucial date for age determination: Last date for online application submission (14.04.2024).
- Relaxation/concession of fee applicable only if the post exists in the respective category and the candidate applies against it.
Application Fees: Candidates have to pay the Application Fees as follows
- UR/OBC Candidates: Rs. 1,000/-
- EWS/SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 500/-
How to Apply for DTU Faculty Recruitment 2024: To apply, you need to fill out a form online. Then, print out the form and other required documents. Send these by mail to the Recruitment Branch at Delhi Technological University. Make sure it reaches them within ten days after you apply online. The deadline for online applications is April 14, 2024.
A printout of the online Application Form accompanied by self-attested copies of Educational and Professional Qualifications, Experience, Annexure-I, Caste Certificate/PH Certificate/Ex-Serviceman certificate (in case claiming benefit of reservation) must also be submitted at the University campus in the Recruitment Branch, IIIrd Floor, Administrative Block, DTU OR sent by post so as to reach the Recruitment Branch, Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi-110042 latest by 24-04-2024.
