Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor key metrics supporting the health of the overall programs. Assist and train Stakeholders, Product, and Engineering teams when process gaps are identified. Manage the execution of projects within programs that have established processes to Google Ads for Account Management deliverables.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, User Experience, Product, Operations, Legal, Sales), and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
- Work with engineers, product managers, and program managers, preparing project plans, and identifying and managing cross-project dependencies.
- Execute operational models and processes to improve the predictability of project schedules, help with the introduction of tools and automations for tracking and reporting progress to different stakeholders.
