The ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute (ICAR-CIFRI), Barrackpore, has released a recruitment notification for the engagement of Young Professional-II on a contractual basis under the ICAR-funded project “All India Network Project on Fish Health”.
The recruitment is for two positions, and the selected candidates will be stationed at the Head Office, ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore, or project sites across India. The application process is offline, and eligible candidates must submit their applications via email before 24th March 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the Young Professional-II position must meet the required qualifications and experience criteria.
Qualification:
B.F.Sc. (Aquatic Animal Health / Aquatic Environment and Health / related subject)
OR
M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Zoology)
Desirable Experience:
Candidates should have experience in Fish Health, Clinical Biochemistry, or Pharmacology.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for candidates is 45 years as of the closing date of application. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and Divyang candidates will be as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹42,000.
