What is the IFSCA Recruitment Eligibility and Age Limit

Educational Qualification:
- Senior Consultant (Risk Management): Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree (preferred): MBA with a specialization in Finance, M.Sc. in Quantitative Finance, or a Master’s in Risk Management or related field.
- Consultant Grade 1 (Sustainable Finance): Master’s degree in Engineering/Environmental Science/Sustainability Management/ Climate Finance or any related fields Or 2 years PG diploma in Management/ MBA.
- Consultant Grade 1 (Communication and Media related work): Master’s degree with specialization in Business Administration/Finance/Mass Communication/Journalism.
- Consultant Grade 1 (Legal): Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Consultant Grade 2 (Economic Policy and analysis): Ph.D. degree in Economics/Statistics/Econometrics.
- Young Professional (Economic Policy and analysis): Postgraduate degree in Economics /Statistics/Econometrics OR PG diploma in Management/ MBA.
- Young Professional (GAD) (For EDs secretariat): Any Bachelor’s degree (Arts, commerce, engineering, Business management, science etc.,).
- Consultant Grade 1 (Development Department): Master’s degree with specialization in Business Administration/Economics/ Finance and Accountancy/ Statistics (or) CA (or) CFA (or) CS (or)ICWA (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Young Professional (Development Department): Master’s degree with specialization in Business Administration/Economics/ Finance and Accountancy/ Statistics (or) CA (or) CFA (or) CS (or)ICWA (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Consultant Grade 1 (IT): BE/ B. Tech or equivalent degree in CSE, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
- Young professional (Dept. of metals and commodities): Master’s degree with specialization in Business Administration/Economics/ Finance and Accountancy/ Statistics (or) CA (or) CFA (or) CS (or)ICWA (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Age Limit:
The upper Age limit as on 31 October 2023 is listed below:
- Young Professional: 32 years
- Consultant Grade 1: 45 years
- Consultant Grade 2: 50 years
- Sr. consultant: 62 years
Application Fee:
There is no application fee.

The mode of Selection will be an Interview. Only eligible candidates will be called for an interview.

- Consultant Grade 1: Rs. 80,000 – 1,45,000/-
