The Jammu Mass Rapid Transit Corporation is intending to hire the services of practicing Company Secretary/firms for the Corporation on contractual basis.
How to Apply: The interested candidates will have to submit their resume supported with allied documents related to the field. The concerned need to submit the soft copies of relevant documents to the official email: firstname.lastname@example.org along with submission of self attested copies of the documents to the office of Managing Director, JMRTC, 6″ Floor, JLN Udhyog Bhawan, Railhead Complex, Jammu-180012.
1- The candidate should be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
2- The candidate should have excellent writing skills, oral communications, Inter-personal skills, ability, initiatives & commitment to quality system.
3- The candidate should have minimum secretarial experience of at least three (03) years and should be fully acquainted with Rules to having experiences of working in reputed companies or Financial Institutions.
4- The age of candidate should not exceced “50” years as on 01.01.2021.
The duration of the contract shall remain for a period of six (06) months in the first instance which can be extended upto one (01) or more years depending upon the performance and conduct of the selective firms/practicing CS. The contract can be terminated form either side with a prior notice of 1 month.
Job Profile: The responsibilities of the candidate would include but not be limited to:
1- Corporation secretarial assignments such as Report writing, preparation of Annual reports, Directors report preparation etc.
2- Compliance of various statutory, regulatory and other reporting
3- Drafting notes of meeting Agendas, Drafting Minutes of meetings & all other documents.
4- Organising Board of Directors Meetings. Keeping the Board Members updated about their legal responsibilities, Corporate Governance.
5- Safe custody of the corporation seal, Directors DSC’s and DIN Nos.
6- Representation of the Corporation in the legal and services matter.
7- Attending various meetings of the Corporation with Board of Directors.
8- Authenticate the proceedings of meetings and other documents.
9- The selected candidate shall have to be available thrice a week or as per the requirement.
The interested firms/individuals are advised to furnish their bid in two separate sealed envelops clearly indicating one as Technical Bid (Clause-1) and the other as Financial Bid. (as deemed fit by candidate for the scope of work defined in clause 3)
The interested firms/individuals are also advised not to fumish any particulars or information, which cannot be supported by Documentary evidence.
The Financial Bid of only those participants will be opened who qualifies the Technical bid based on above mentioned eligibility criteria. Further the lowest offer will be considered.
JMRTC reserves right to modify/cancel the above notification at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
The last date for receipt of bid is 28/01/2022. No offer will be entertained after 1100 hrs., 28/01/2022.
