JKPSC Recruitment 2024: Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has invited online applications from applicants who are domiciled in the UT of J&K and possess the prescribed qualification and age, for filling up of 263 vacancies of following posts in J&K Planning Development and Monitoring Department, Health and Medical Education Department and Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online through the official website of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) i.e, jkpsc.nic.in. The last date for the submission of online applications is 27 March 2023.
Vacancy Details: JKPSC is looking for qualified candidates to fill up a vacancies for the posts in various departments given below:
i) Name of Posts: Assistant Director (E&S): 89 Posts
Name of Department: J&K Planning Development and Monitoring Department
Salary: Level-8 (47,600 – 1,51,100)
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics or Economics and Statistics or Commerce or Mathematics or M. Sc of Indian Statistical Institute or Master of Computer Application Degree from any recognized University
Age Limit: The age limit for OM category candidates & Inservice candidates is 40 years, RBA/SC/ST/EWS/PSP/ALC/IB/Soc is 43 years and for PHC candidates is 42 years as on 01-01-2024.
ii) Name of Posts: Assistant Legal Remembrancer/District Litigation Officer – 11 Posts
Name of Department: Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
Salary: Level-8 (47,600 – 1,51,100)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any recognized University
Age Limit: The age limit for OM category candidates & Inservice candidates/Government is 40 years and RBA/SC/ST/EWS is 43 years on 01-01-2024.
iii) Name of Posts: Medical Officer – 163 Posts
Name of Department: Health and Medical Education Department
Salary: Level-9 (52,700 – 1,66,700)
Qualification: MBBS
Age Limit: The age limit for OM category candidates & Inservice candidates/Government is 40 years and PHC category candidates is 42 years on 01-01-2024.

– General Category: Rs.1,000/-
– Reserved candidates: Rs.500/-
– PHC Candidates: Nil
