- Station Manager
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Sound Engineering, Physics, Acoustics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Music Production, or Audio Technology. Alternatively, a Diploma in Radio Journalism with at least four years of experience in managing or working in a radio station.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferably).
- Radio Jockey

- Content Creator
- Qualification: PG/Diploma in Sound Engineering, Diploma in Sound Engineering, Film Making, Mass Communication, Journalism or Any Other Content Creator Certification Course/Capsule.
- Experience: Two years (Preferably).
- Skill: An individual should be Creative, authentic, engaging, consistent, adaptable, relatable, knowledgeable, responsive, positive, strategic, diverse, current, ethical, communicative, and trend-savvy.
- Attendant/Caretaker
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Equivalent
