This role is responsible for driving scale and ROI for meta-search and display remarketing channels (Google Hotel Ads, GDN, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trivago) for hotels. Individual will develop plans to deliver Room Nights, Shoppers & New users as per business requirements and improve pricing, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics & provide complete performance reporting with relevant actions on insights gained.

Eligibility:- MBA/B.Tech degree or an equivalent degree in quantitative field from a tier 1 institute.
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute meta-search & remarketing campaigns across devices (desktop, mobile site & app).
- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiency.
- Devising and executing bidding optimization strategies for meta-search channels.
- Run and analyze continuous multiple experiments to find new opportunities of growth and efficiency.
- Cross functional collaboration with category, revenue and supply teams to improve competitiveness in the Meta landscape and with product teams to enhance conversion rates.
- Use Google Analytics, and other third-party tools, to analyze and showcase the effectiveness of our digital strategies, including creating ad hoc and recurring reports.
- Demonstrate ability to work at both the planning level (generating ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data)
