Eligibility Criteria for MECON Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

Work Experience
- For Deputy General Manager (HR), a minimum of 21 years of experience in HR and IR functions is required.
- For General Manager (HR), a minimum of 25 years of experience in HR and IR functions is required
Experience in handling the entire gamut of HR and IR responsibilities is mandatory for both posts.
Reservation and Age Relaxation
Reservations for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwD candidates will be provided as per Government of India norms.
Age relaxations are applicable as follows:
