• Junior Research Fellowship — The chosen applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs. 37,000/- for 1st and 2nd year. The contingency grant will be increased to Rs. 20,000/- per annum for the subsequent years.
• Research Associate — The chosen applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs. 67,000/-. The HRA shall be admissible as per govt rules. Contingency grant up to a maximum of Rs. 20,000/- per annum during the entire tenure.

Required Qualifications for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2024:

• Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) — The applicant must hold a degree in Post Graduation Psychology/Applied Psychology (Specialization in Organisation Behaviour/ Social Psychology/ Personality Assessment) with first division AND NET qualification.
• Research Associate (RA) — The candidate should have a degree of Ph.D. In Psychology from a recognized university.
