Educational Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated annual salary package as follows:

  • Project Engineer Grade II: ₹6.70 Lakh per annum
  • Project Engineer Grade I, Junior HR Officer, Junior Finance Officer: ₹5.35 Lakh per annum

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Project Engineer (Production)

  • Overseeing manufacturing and scheduling functions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing production targets, resource optimization, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Liaising with customers to meet production requirements.
  • Experience in aero-structures, cable looms, and sub-assembly work is desirable.

Junior HR Officer

  • Handling recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and statutory compliance.
  • Managing HRMS and other administrative activities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills is essential.

Junior Finance Officer

  • Managing accounts, balance sheets, taxation, and TDS.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like Tally.
  • Handling revenue billing, receivables, and payables.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes is advantageous.

Selection Process
