NCERT Recruitment 2024: Check Posts, Qualification, Salary & How to Apply
NCERT Recruitment 2024: The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET) – National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has published the employment notification inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Senior Technical Consultant, Academic Consultant, and Technical Consultant in CIET, NCERT under the project NISHTHA. According to the official notification of NCERT Recruitment 2024, The appointment will remain valid upto 31st March 2025. There are 18 vacancies opened for the mentioned positions.
The educational qualification and experience required are described below as per the posts. The applicants selected for the post of Senior Technical Consultant will get a monthly salary of Rs. 75,000/-, the monthly salary for the Academic Consultants is Rs. 60,000/- and the monthly salary for a Technical Consultant will be Rs. 60,000/-.

Vacancy Details for CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024 —
The recruitment is open for the posts of Senior Technical Consultant, Academic Consultant and Technical Consultant. There are 18 vacancies available for the mentioned positions.
1) Senior Technical Consultant — 02 Posts
– Salary: Rs. 75,000/- p.m
– Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/
Information Technology/ Computer Engineering.
– Age: Not more than 45 years / in case of retired faculty members not more than 70 years (relaxation as per GoI norms).
2) Academic Consultant — 11 Posts
– Salary: Rs. 60,000/- p.m
– Qualification: Master’s in the concerned subject i.e., English, Science, Mathematics, Social Science (History/ Political Science/Geography), Computer Science, Hindi, Urdu with M.Ed.
– Age Limit: Not more than 45 years / in case of retired faculty members not more than 70 years (relaxation as per GoI norms)
3) Technical Consultant — 05 Posts
– Salary: Rs. 60,000/- p.m
– Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application/
Information Technology/ Computer Engineering.
– Age: Not more than 45 years / in case of retired faculty members not more than 70 years (relaxation as per GoI norms).
Selection Procedure —
The CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024 will conduct an interview to select the applicable candidates for the positions mentioned above. The candidates have to visit the interview venue with copies of original certificates and testimonials for verification. Latecomers will not be entertained by the committee.

Candidates will have to report for the interview on the fixed date and report latest by 9.00 a.m. to the Section Officer (SO), Planning & Research Division (P&RD), Room No.242, CIET 2nd floor, Chacha Nehru Bhawan, CIET, NCERT, New Delhi-110 016 with copies of original certificates and testimonials for verification
