The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) invites applications for engaging Law Research Associates (LRA) on a purely contractual basis as per the details given hereunder. Required educational qualifications, eligibility and other important details, are given below in brief —
Vacancy Details:
- Post Name: Law Research Associate (LRA) — 24 Posts
- Age Limit: 30 years
- Qualification: Graduate in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern)
- Salary: ₹ 60,000/-

The application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-A), complete in all respects may be sent to “The Registrar, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, 3rd Floor, Mahanagar Doorsanchar Sadan (M.T.N.L. Building), 9, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003” along with all the necessary documents on or before 07th March 2024.
The applications received after the closing date of receipt of applications or received without any of the necessary documents as mentioned in this vacancy circular or incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected.
