The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) is seeking qualified candidates for various positions at its New Delhi head office.
NESTS Recruitment 2024: The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), operating under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has released the latest employment notification inviting applications for Deputy Commissioner, Private Secretary, Office Superintendent, Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Electrical). According to the official notification of the NESTS Recruitment 2024, the last date for receipt of applications is 07th June 2024. There are 09 vacancies opened for the mentioned positions.
The appointment will be based on the deputation basis at its head office in New Delhi. The maximum age limit for the appointment shall be 56 years for the post of Depuy Commissioner and 55 years for remaining posts as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Qualification Required for NESTS Recruitment 2024:

The Candidates must have the necessary essential qualification for applying to NESTS Recruitment 2024 as described below:
- Deputy Commissioner — Master’s Degree with Analogous post or 5 years of regular service.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Hindi and English. - Private Secretary — The candidates must be Persons working in the Central/ State Govt. holding an analogous post OR with 5 years of regular service as PA/Steno in Level 6 (Rs.35400-112400/-).
- Office Superintendent — The candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Assistant Engineer — The candidates must be Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) with regular service of 6 years in the pay level 5 dealing with supervisory in planning/Construction of Civil Works.
- Junior Engineer (Civil) — The candidates must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or three three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with three years’ experience in the construction of building.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical) — The candidates must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering or a year’s Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with three years experience in electrical work

- The candidates applying for the post of deputy commissioner should be 56 years old.
- The candidates applying for the remaining posts should be 55 years old.
NESTS Recruitment 2024 Application Process
The application process for the positions at the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) requires interested candidates to submit their applications in the prescribed format (Annexure II) along with attested ACRs/APARs, vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, and details of any penalties imposed in the last 5 years.
The application should be forwarded in an envelope mentioning the post applied for and may be sent to the office of Joint Commissioner(A), NESTS, Gate No. 3A, Jeevan Tara Building, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 latest by 07th June, 2024. Application received after 07/06/2024 and/or found to be incomplete in any manner and/or not accompanying all the requisite documents will not be entertained.
