The National Institute of Technology (NIT) invites applications from interested and eligible candidates to fill up the following faculty posts:-
NIT Kurukshetra Recruitment 2024: The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra invites online applications from Indian Nationals for the recruitment of Assistant Professor Grade I (Level 12), Assistant Professor Grade II (Level 10) and Associate Professor (Level 13A2) in various Departments of the Institute.
Eligible and interested candidates can apply online only through the National Institute of Technology (NIT) official website. Required educational qualifications, eligibility and other important details are given below in brief —

NIT Kurukshetra Recruitment 2024 – Vacancy Details: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) invites applications from interested and eligible candidates to fill up the following faculty posts:-
1. Assistant Professor Grade II — 53 Posts
– Qualification: Ph.D.
– Pay Scale: Level-10
2. Assistant Professor Grade I — 13 Posts
– Qualification: Ph.D.
– Age: The upper Age Limit is 40 years
– Pay Scale: Level-12
3. Associate Professor — 11 Posts
– Qualification: Ph.D.
– Pay Scale: Level 13-A2
How to Apply for NIT Kurukshetra Recruitment 2024: The candidates need to apply online in the online recruitment portal of the Institute website:
www.nitkkr.ac.in.
However, candidates should click on the online application link, read the instructions carefully and fill in the online application form giving accurate information. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
After that, hard copies of the online application and self-attested photocopies of all documents supporting the information given in the candidate’s online application should reach the Registrar, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra-136119 (Haryana) by post.
Documents to be submitted along with a hard copy of the application:
- Printout of online application duly signed on each page including index.
- Self-attested copies of all certificates and mark sheets since SSC/HSC/Matriculation.
- Copies of self-attested other relevant certificates/testimonials.
- Self-attested copy certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) and certificate for PwBD etc. as per Govt. Rules of India. In the case of OBC category candidates, the latest non-creamy layer certificate is essential.
- Also, a copy of a self-attested experience certificate issued by the competent authority.
