NIT Srinagar JRF Recruitment 2024: National Institute of Technology, Hazratbal, Srinagar, Department of Civil Engineering has invited applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India sponsored project (under CRG Scheme; File No. CRG/2023/000756).

Project Title: “Development of Rice Husk Derived Bio-Oil Modified Asphalt Binder: An Emerging Sustainable Road Construction Material”.

Vacancy Details:

Name of Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
– Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M. Tech. in Transportation Engineering or equivalent.
– Salary: Rs. 31,000/-(plus 16% HRA as admissible) per month for 2 years, Rs.35,000/-(plus 16% HRA as admissible) per month after completion of two years as JRF.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their merit and as per the requirements of the project. The interview shall be tentatively conducted in April 2024. The date of the interview, time and venue will be intimated to shortlisted candidates via email only.
