Or - Master’s degree in journalism and Mass Communication with 2 years experience in the concerned fieldin Govt. Deptt./Autonomous body/ Public or Private Mass Media Organization.
Or - M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. in any subject having 10 years of experience in administration having also contributed significantly by way of writing Articles in Journals and Magazines or having handled 0editorial work in a standard magazine or Journal.
