UPSC IES 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a recruitment notification (No. 07/2024-IES/ISS) for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online only for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination through the link available on the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.

UPSC IES 2024 Vacancy Details — The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites applications from interested and eligible candidates to fill up the following posts:-
1. Indian Economic Service — 18 Posts
– Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics
– Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
2. Indian Statistical Service — 30 Posts
– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subjects OR Master’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics.
– Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

Application Fee: The application fees for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2024, as per the recruitment notification (No. 07/2024-IES/ISS) issued by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), are as follows:
- Candidates belonging to the General/OBC/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 200.
- Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
UPSC Indian Economic Service Application Process 2024 — To apply for the UPSC CMS Exam 2024 follow the following steps:-
1. Check the eligibility from the UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2024.
2. Click on the Apply Online Link given below.
3. Upload the required documents.
4. Print the Application Form.
Candidates are required to apply online through the UPSC website. They must register on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform and fill out the application form.
