UPSC IFS Recruitment 2024 – Vacancy Details:
- Name of the Post: Indian Forest Service (IFS)
- No. of Posts: 150
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, and Zoology or in Agriculture, Forestry, or Engineering
- Age Limit: Minimum age of 21 years maximum age of 32 years.
UPSC Recruitment 2024 – Examination Fees: Candidates applying for the advertised positions need to pay an Application Fee of Rs.100/-. For SC, ST, and PWD application fee is nil.
The fee must be paid through Net Banking/Credit/ATM-cum-Debit Card of any Nationalized Bank.
UPSC IFS Examination 2024 – How to Apply: Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination.
Candidates are required to apply Online only by using the website https://upsconline.nic.in . The applicant needs to register himself/herself first at One Time Registration (OTR) platform, available on the Commission’s website, and then proceed to fill up the online application for the examination. OTR has to
be registered only once in a lifetime. This can be done anytime throughout the year. If the candidate is already registered, he/she can proceed straightway for filling up the online application for the examination.
