Eligibility:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, a similar quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
– 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, data science, or corporate strategy.
– Experience with data analysis, modeling, SQL, and presentations
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop, build, and measure performance on operational metrics (e.g., productivity, service level agreement, quality, cost, efficiency, timeliness) and generate insights to improve the efficiency of operations.
– Understand user impact of policies and conduct detailed analyses that result in actionable insights to enhance user experience.
– Support Trust and Safety objectives, operational effectiveness, and incident response.
– Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Product Management teams to craft convincing narratives to key policy makers, executives, and governments based on methodical and data-driven approach.
– Partner with data science and strategy teams to prioritize and execute quantitative analyses and advanced modeling.
